Horizons and mirages: what lies in the future of American journalism?

In recent years, American journalism has been wracked by a number of crises, from financial to normative. Within each of these lie opportunities to recast journalism and its role in society, and indeed, many exciting movements and projects have blossomed in response. This panel will discuss what ideas and principles might be needed to advance journalism out of crisis, as well as practical examples that may be lighting the way forward.
